Job Overview:

We are hiring aSales Support Executiveto assist the sales team with daily operations, client follow-ups, lead handling, and basic documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in working withproperty listing platforms. This role supports both ourtiles divisionandreal estate/property team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups
  • Share catalogs, pricing, quotations, and related documentation with clients
  • List and manage property ads on various international platforms.
  • Update and maintain lead tracking sheets or CRM tools
  • Coordinate between the field sales team and showroom
  • Manage client communications through WhatsApp, calls, and emails
  • Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and appointment schedules
  • Handle showroom walk-ins when needed
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming property visits and meetings
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales support or coordination
  • Must have hands-on experience with property listing websites
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
  • Well-organized and able to multitask efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with the tiles, interior, or construction industry
  • Basic design or presentation skills for catalogs
  • Knowledge of CRM or sales automation tools
