Position Summary
The Field Service Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality customer support through on-site services, including product commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and training. The role also involves training regional service engineers and service partners. This is a permanent full-time position based in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field services such as pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
- Provide training and support to regional service engineers and service partners.
- Offer remote support to customers via telephone and email.
- Ensure all field services comply with health and safety regulations.
- Plan, coordinate tasks, and liaise with other divisions to complete jobs efficiently.
Skills and Experiences Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask with excellent follow-up skills.
- Accountable for work quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experiences Preferred:
Experience in technical support or customer service within the solar PV industry.
Hands-on experience with PV inverter repairs and commissioning.
