Lead Generation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Manager to oversee and lead teams within our Paint or Construction division. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the paint or construction industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a focus on delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in construction or paint projects. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and growth.
2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, ensure resources are efficiently utilized, and resolve any issues that arise.
3. Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding project status and issues.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in operational processes, materials, and techniques. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality in project execution.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and industry standards are adhered to on-site. Foster a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and follow best practices.
6. Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Approve and track expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
8. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular reports on project progress, team performance, and operational improvements to senior management. Ensure accurate and timely documentation is maintained.

Requirements:

1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the paint or construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in project management or construction are a plus.

4. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
5. Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
7. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
8. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
9. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Work Environment: Ability to work in field environments, including construction sites or job locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with paint project management, coatings, or construction materials.
2. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar credentials.
3. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and sustainability practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
