Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related field from an HEC-recognized university (4 years)

Job Location: Islamabad

Professional Experience:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist
  • IBM Deep Learning Certification preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets to develop machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and optimization models
  • Proficiency with data querying languages (SQL, Oracle), scripting languages (Python, R), and statistical software (R, SAS, Stata, Matlab)
  • Experience in data extraction, analysis, and communication
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning methods
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-experts
  • Skills in building models using machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative techniques
  • Ability to improve existing methodologies and develop new data sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with business and technical teams
  • Understanding of business context to develop meaningful analytic solutions

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The initial contract period is 5 years, extendable if required.
  2. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
  4. False information will disqualify candidates.
  5. Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  6. Age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit.
  7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  8. No TA/DA will be provided.
  9. Attested degrees from HEC or relevant bodies are required at interview.
  10. Women, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Electronic devices are not allowed during tests and interviews.
