We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating clothing, accessories, and footwear that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target market. The Fashion Designer will work closely with the creative team to develop designs that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching fashion trends and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Developing design concepts that align with our brand identity and target market.
  • Creating sketches and prototypes of designs using software and traditional methods.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to refine designs and create final products.
  • Selecting fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
  • Communicating with manufacturers to ensure designs are produced to the required standard.
  • Managing the design process from conception to production.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to research and analyze fashion trends and incorporate them into designs.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
