Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching fashion trends and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Developing design concepts that align with our brand identity and target market.
  • Creating sketches and prototypes of designs using software and traditional methods.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to refine designs and create final products.
  • Selecting fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
  • Communicating with manufacturers to ensure designs are produced to the required standard.
  • Managing the design process from conception to production.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to research and analyze fashion trends and incorporate them into designs.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
