With over 12 years of experience, we optimize Revenue Cycle Management and streamline Medical Billing processes for healthcare providers of all sizes.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Team Lead to oversee our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This leadership role is essential to cultivating a high-performance culture while aligning team output with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for team supervision, development, performance management, and continuous process improvement. A strong focus on client service, compliance, and operational efficiency is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Development

  • Lead and motivate the RCM team to achieve operational targets and quality benchmarks
  • Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Billing Manager
  • Mentor and coach team members, identifying training needs and supporting career development
  • Collaborate with HR to drive employee engagement, succession planning, and retention initiatives

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day billing operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and payer compliance
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce errors
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and client-specific guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow

Communication and Reporting

  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Handle escalations and client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Prepare detailed operational and performance reports for senior management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in U.S. medical billing, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or supervisory role

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and payer systems including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Proficiency with billing software and electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

  • Evening shift from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (inclusive of breaks)
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional sittings based on operational requirements
