Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Job Description:
We are looking for a Night Asterisk Engineer who can join our team full time. As a Night Asterisk Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Asterisk Servers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain Asterisk based servers and related components
  2. Configure Clusters, phones, softphones and SIP trunks
  3. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to call center operations
  4. Create custom dial plans
  5. Monitor system performance and network usage
  6. Ensure compliance with security protocols

Job Specification:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Asterisk Consulting/Engineering
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  3. Strong knowledge of Apache, MySQL, and Linux technologies
  4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot VOIP software
  5. Experience in integrating Asterisk with other platforms
