Your New Role…

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Operations Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role is responsible for delivering benefits administration through the People & Culture Operations team, utilizing excellent customer service skills and subject matter expertise to manage benefits processes and programs. The position requires an experienced benefits professional comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Role Accountabilities…

1. Provide administrative support across various benefits programs and processes.
2. Partner closely with the Payroll team to ensure successful delivery of employee benefits programs.
3. Receive, investigate, and respond to escalated employee queries related to benefits policies and procedures.
4. Create reports and provide information on employee benefits as requested, primarily to third-party vendors.
5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in benefits processes.
6. Ensure processes comply with policies and control environments, including data privacy and SOX regulations.
7. Audit administration systems to ensure accurate data input and processing.
8. Process data correction requests from the field or resulting from internal audits.
9. Respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets within established Service Level Agreements.
10. Assist other team members with workload as needed.
11. Help train new team members.
12. Focus on ongoing process improvements.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…

• Minimum 2 years of human resources or benefits administration experience, preferably in a global environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; related field experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong familiarity with HR and benefits systems, especially Workday, ServiceNow, and Benify.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship-building skills, recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
• Skilled in process improvements and problem-solving, able to manage high-volume activities independently.
• Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with a fast-changing, complex environment.
