Madtech Digital is a rapidly expanding technology firm in Karachi, offering web development, custom software solutions, and digital marketing services. The company's Human Resources department is hiring a Management Trainee to assist with core HR tasks and gain comprehensive, hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist with recruitment processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and manage attendance and leave tracking.
- Support performance management and help organize training and employee engagement events.
- Learn to operate HR information systems and aid in payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
- Contribute to maintaining a compliant and positive workplace environment.
Who Should Apply
- Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Individuals with basic knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and labor law.
- Candidates possessing strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Those who have completed internships or academic projects related to HR are preferred but not mandatory.
