  • Design Tool Experience
  • Experience collaborating with designers using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Accessibility Standards
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 to ensure the web app is usable for people with disabilities
  • User-Centered Design Principles
  • Understands how to design and develop with end-user experience in mind
  • Experience using reusable components from libraries/design systems
  • Strong grasp of CSS Grid, Flexbox, and other modern layout techniques
