We are looking for an energetic and well-driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all of the social media marketing road map.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of how social media works and how to optimize content so that it's engaging on those channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SMS marketing, email marketing, video marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  2. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs).
  4. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  5. Brainstorm new and creative ideas for growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  7. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  8. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  10. Use social media marketing tools.
Minimum Requirements

The Candidate must have:

  1. 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
  2. Social Media strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  4. Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
  5. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  6. Ability in design and mature ideas in (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong grip on SEO.
  9. Ability to manage brand social media content and editorial calendars across social media channels.
  10. Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting.
  11. Passion for Social Media, PR, and Digital Marketing.
  12. Self-starter who is confident pitching ideas, thinking creatively, and identifying and solving problems.
Job Specification

Degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Expert in following technical areas: SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid and Content Marketing using different channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Must be able to think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing.

Having good human relations to interact with clients and team members.

Must be able to think creatively about new marketing techniques and ideas.
