Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients via audio/video platforms.
- Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and provide appropriate nursing guidance.
- Coordinate with doctors and specialists for follow-up care or escalations.
- Educate patients on medication, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
- Monitor patients with chronic conditions and provide regular follow-up.
- Provide emotional support and counseling where needed.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in managing emergencies by providing first-line triage and instructions.
- Collaborate with the telemedicine team to improve care delivery and workflows.
Qualifications
Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license in Pakistan.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (hospital or primary care preferred).
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, EMR/EHR platforms).
Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
Ability to handle patient consultations virtually with professionalism and empathy.
Good decision-making and triage skills for remote patient assessments.
Prior experience in telehealth or online consultation is a plus (but not mandatory).
Willingness to be based in or commute to Attock City as required.
