We are seeking a passionate and results-driven SEO Specialist (Remote) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, optimizing on-page and technical SEO elements, and developing content strategies to achieve our SEO goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research:

Identifying relevant keywords and phrases that target audiences use when searching for information related to a company's products or services. Analyze keyword competition and search volume to prioritize optimization efforts.

2. On-Page Optimization:

Optimizing website content, meta descriptions, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings. Ensure website content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with target keywords.

3. Technical SEO:

Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings (e.g., site speed, crawlability, indexation). Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt optimization.

4. Content Strategy:

Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals and target audience needs. Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is optimized for search engines and user engagement. Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Generate regular reports and provide insights on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO.

2. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

3. Technical SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of website architecture, coding, and technical aspects of SEO.

4. Content Creation and Optimization: Excellent writing, editing, and content optimizations skills for SEO purposes.

5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical audiences.

6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve SEO-related issues.

7. Experience with SEO Tools: Familiar with popular SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc. Proficiency with WordPress Content Management Systems (CMS).
