We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure exceptional client satisfaction, including financial account management.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for managing all account-related operations and providing exceptional customer support. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including addressing client queries, resolving disputes, managing support tickets, handling service suspensions, utilizing WHMCS for account management, and managing financial transactions through Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of customer service principles, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients.
  • Account Operations:
  • Manage all aspects of client accounts, including billing, renewals, and service modifications.
  • Utilize WHMCS to manage client accounts, orders, and services.
  • Process and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
  • Handle service suspensions and reactivations in accordance with company policies.
  • Customer Support:
  • Respond to client inquiries and support tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
  • Manage and resolve client disputes effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage financial transactions using Zoho Books.
  • Categorize transactions accurately and reconcile them with imported bank statements.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights to management.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Payroll and Taxation:
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Handle tax-related matters, including filing and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Ensure payroll is being recorded correctly inside of Zoho Books.
  • Service Management:
  • Monitor client account health and identify potential issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on how to optimize their use of Mumara services.
  • Stay up-to-date on Mumara product updates and features.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base, and FAQ sections.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on client account activity and performance.
  • Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on how to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Generate financial reports from Zoho Books.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of billing and account management processes.
  • Proficiency in using WHMCS or similar CRM/billing software.
  • Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Knowledge of payroll and taxation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with email marketing concepts is a plus.
