Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for creative excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Figma, be adept at creating visually engaging social media content (including posts, reels, and carousels), and have the ability to lead and train junior resources effectively.

This is a dynamic role combining design execution with mentorship responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging UI/UX layouts and experiences for web and mobile platforms using Figma

Create eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, and reels for brand communication

Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and usability

Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Train and mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and build internal design capability

Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best practices in UI/UX design

Ensure a strong balance between creativity, performance, and usability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

Hands-on experience with social media design including Instagram/Facebook posts, reels, and carousels

Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and autonomy

Prior experience or interest in training/mentoring team members is a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in visual design, interaction design, or a related field

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus

Experience in working with agile/scrum teams
