As we expand our internal capabilities, we're hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to help us build and manage scalable outbound campaigns from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in setting up and managing email infrastructure, campaign optimization, and deliverability. The ideal candidate is fluent in tools like Klaviyo, Instantly, Smartlead, and has a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, ESP standards, and content strategy — including the use of AI tools for content generation.

This is a full-time onsite role based in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain email sending infrastructure (domains, DNS records, warm-up tools, inbox health checks).
• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, Instantly, and Smartlead.
• Ensure email deliverability best practices, including domain reputation, list cleaning, and inbox placement.
• Collaborate with the team to design strategic outbound campaigns, aligned with industry standards and client goals.
• Use AI tools to generate and test high-performing email copy and subject lines.
• Support with lead enrichment workflows using Clay (optional – training provided).
• Track, analyze, and report daily and weekly performance metrics across all campaigns.
• Maintain documentation, test sequences, and ensure campaign systems are continuously improving.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, outbound strategy, or CRM campaigns.
• Strong technical understanding of email setup, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up best practices.
• Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI tools for writing and testing marketing content.
• Strong grasp of industry benchmarks and ESP compliance standards.
• Good command of English (written and verbal) and the ability to write and edit content with clarity.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to deliver performance reports with insights.
• Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and strategies.
• Comfortable working onsite in Islamabad (G-11 Markaz) during 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Clay for lead enrichment and personalization.
• Prior experience in B2B outbound strategy or working with global clients.
