Applications are invited from qualified, competent, motivated, innovative, goal-oriented & committed professionals (Pakistani Nationals) for the following positions at Government College, University Faisalabad.

Qualifications & Experience:

MA/MSc/MPA, at least 2nd division, 8 years teaching/administrative experience, or M.Ed (with specialization in Educational Management and Planning) at least 2nd class, 18 years teaching/administrative experience.

Age Limit:

45-55 (age relaxable in exceptional cases)

Positions Available:Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)

Qualifications & Experience: M.A/M.Sc./M.COM, at least 2nd division, 18 years teaching/administrative experience, including 3 years experience in a Board or University in the same capacity.

Age Limit: 45-55 years

Note: As per the policy of Government, the appointment of Controller of Examinations shall be made for a period of three (03) years.

Additional Registrar (BPS-19)

Positions Available: 02 (temporary, likely to become permanent)

Qualifications & Experience: Master Degree or Equivalent at least 2nd division with 08 years teaching/administrative experience, out of which 4 years working experience as Deputy Registrar in a recognized University/Institute.

Age Limit: 35-55 Years

Instructions:
  1. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of the University (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk) and shall be submitted with a demand draft of Rs. 2500/- for Registrar (BPS-19), Controller of Examinations (BPS-19), and Additional Registrar (BPS-19) in favour of the Treasurer, GC University, Faisalabad.
  2. The applicants desiring to have the form through post may obtain the same on written request along with a self-addressed envelope of large size with Rs. 30/- postage stamps.
  3. The duly filled application forms must be supported with attested copies of educational testimonials/experience certificates, CNIC, two recent photographs, and an updated CV.
  4. The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on plain papers, accompanied by a recent CV along with attested copies of degrees/testimonials and experience certificates, CNIC & two recent photographs.
  5. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  6. The University reserves the right not to consider any application or fill the post without giving any reason.
  7. The applications are required on the prescribed form in triplicate.
  8. The candidates already in service must apply through the proper channel by the due date.
  9. Complete applications must reach the Additional Registrar (Recruitment Cell), Government College University, Faisalabad by mail not later than 04-02-2016.

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  2. Preference will be given to highly qualified candidates.
  3. The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic Message.
  4. No TA/DA is admissible when called for an interview.
