The Role:

Analyst, Fulfillment - MI

The Team:

The candidate will join a team of highly motivated professionals. The fulfillment team is responsible for onboarding clients onto multiple data delivery platforms, processing Free Trials, New Sales, Renewals, Cancellations, and Suspensions promptly according to SLAs. The team works 24/5, collaborating closely with Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Product Managers to understand client requirements and configure entitlements accordingly. Client onboarding is critical as it impacts client experience, servicing, and relationships, directly influencing ACV. Ensuring a quick onboarding process is vital in a competitive business environment.

• Work closely with the frontline commercial team to understand client needs and enable product/services access.
• Gain exposure to various products, services, and data offered by S&P via different delivery platforms.
• Face daily challenges with a steep learning curve.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to understand requirements and configure client accounts.
• Perform necessary checks before granting or revoking client access.
• Process various client requests promptly according to SLAs.
• Manage multiple entitlement processes efficiently.
• Coordinate with Order-To-Cash teams for smooth onboarding.
• Respond professionally and promptly to information requests.
• Make quick decisions on onboarding and access issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for access issues and implement preventive measures.
• Proactively suggest process improvements using LEAN and automation.

What Are We Looking For?

• Strong customer service skills to resolve fulfillment cases effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team, demonstrating learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Diagnostic skills to assist internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings/nights.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup.
