Facade Designer
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are in need of a skilled and creative Facade Designer to join our team in creating visually appealing and functional building exteriors. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing, drafting, and modeling building facades using various materials such as glass, metal, concrete, and more. Your main goal is to create designs that not only enhance the aesthetics of a building but also ensure functionality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints
- Create 2D and 3D models of building facades using drafting software
- Select appropriate materials for the facade based on budget, location, and functionality
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven work experience as a Facade Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1400$ per month for part-time work.
