Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the appointment on the following positions in the Department of Biochemistry under Technology development fund project # HEC-TDF02-150, titled "Genetic Transfer of Pathogenesis-Related Genes in Wheat (Triticum aestivum) for Sustainable Resistance Against Advance Stem Rust Strains" with the following terms and conditions.

Monthly stipend: Fixed pay for PhD student Rs. 20,000/- per month, M. Phil student Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Contract duration: 1 year (extendable to one more year)
Qualification/Eligibility: PhD & M. Phil students enrolled in the subject of Biochemistry at Department of Biochemistry. Research expertise in molecular biology will be preferred

Contract duration: 1 year (extendable to one more year)
Qualification/Eligibility: Must have experience in plant sowing
How to apply: One-page application including short CV and attested copies of testimonial must reach the office of the Principal Investigator in the Department of Biochemistry at the Government College University Faisalabad not later than 23-12-2018. The interviews of the candidates will be conducted on 02-01-2019.
