Job Title: Back-End Developer (Spring Boot and Java)

Contract Period: One Year (Extendable)

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Seniority level: Mid/Senior

DigyCorp Holdings Limited, a forward-thinking company specializing in innovative digital solutions, is currently seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end services to support the company's cutting-edge projects.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of professional work experience as a Back-End Developer with detailed knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework.
  2. Knowledge of persistence mechanisms such as JPA/Hibernate
  3. Experience of Relational and Non-Relational databases, including strong SQL
  4. Strong background in building RESTful services
  5. Familiar with messaging and event-driven architectures
  6. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  7. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  8. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  9. Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
  10. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  11. Experience with Azure or similar cloud services
  12. Experience in version control like GitHub or GitLab
  13. Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive
  14. Well-versed in practicing agile scrum and providing professional development for the members of the Back-End Chapter
  15. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
  16. Creating low-level designs and base architecture

You might also have:

  1. Experience using cloud technologies like Azure, including serverless, is desirable
