Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Marketing & Communications

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).

You will work closely with students, instructors, and our design team to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and build a strong online community. If you love storytelling through visuals and videos, are passionate about student engagement, and understand social media trends, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, stories, carousels, and creatives.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video reels and short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Communicate and engage with students to encourage participation and interaction on our platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
  • Work on student testimonials, success stories, and behind-the-scenes content to build community trust.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
