Position Overview

This is a customer facing role tasked with delivering projects based on the scope of the SOW while delivering 5-Star service to the customer. The Sr Consultant works with the customer on different enterprise-level projects based on Microsoft cloud and on-premises, virtualization, providing technical consulting, and offering advanced support for Microsoft technologies. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal infrastructure design, deployment, management, and troubleshooting, as well as providing expert guidance and resolution for complex Microsoft-related issues across our client base.

What You Will Do As a Senior Microsoft Consultant

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• This role will primarily focus on customer implementations and migrations in Microsoft cloud and suggest operation automation.
• Hands on experience in Azure with ASR, Azure Migrate, Lift & Shift migrations and other related Azure IaaS/PaaS migration planning, tooling and implementation.
• Hands on experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange on premises, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender stack, Sentinel etc.
• Hands on experience in migrating workloads of On premise data centers to cloud (Azure / M365).
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with device management, application deployment, co management and security policies in Intune.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot, device profiles, compliance policies, RBAC ,and application deployment for multiple customers.
• Lead client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and services in alignment with customer requirements.
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, AWS and Office 365 integration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business requirements and translating them into effective and scalable Microsoft solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide technical training to clients, empowering them to manage and optimize their own environments effectively.
• Liaison with the Pre-Sales Solution Architect to validate technical approaches as well as estimated level of effort, in-scope, out-of-scope etc.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Minimum 9-10 years of experience is required in Microsoft Cloud, security stack, MDM and related technologies.
• Solid Experience with mobile operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Solid understanding and experience of Azure Migrations, M365 migrations, deployment of Microsoft Sentinel, defender, Intune etc.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Certified in Microsoft is highly desirable.
