We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior WordPress Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in custom theme/plugin development, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership capabilities to mentor and manage a growing team of developers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of WordPress developers and designers
  • Plan, delegate, and review project tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Architect and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across various WordPress environments
  • Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to upskill team members

Requirements:

  • Proven 4 years experience as a WordPress Developer
  • Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, and REST API
  • Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), WooCommerce, and ACF
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and deployment processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
