Role: YouTube Expert (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Office # 201, Second Floor, Building 33, Lane 20A, Main GT Road, Sector H, DHA Phase II, Islamabad

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative YouTube Expert to join our growing team at Web Momentum. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about video content and understands how to leverage YouTube as a powerful marketing platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for maximum reach and engagement
  • Analyze channel performance metrics and continuously improve strategies based on analytics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align YouTube content with overall campaign goals
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure timely uploads
  • Keep up with YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and competitor channels
  • Monitor audience feedback and community interaction to boost engagement
  • Suggest new content formats and growth strategies tailored to brand goals

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels
  • Proficient in video production, including scriptwriting, shooting, and post-production
  • Strong command of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of YouTube SEO, monetization policies, and content trends
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Marketing mindset with an ability to align content with brand goals
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude
