The Regional Blood Centre Karachi Operations Directorate, operated under the management of Fatimid Foundation & Health Department, Government of Sindh, officially invites applications from eligible and dedicated professionals holding Sindh / Karachi for the position of INCHARGE LAB (RBC KARACHI) on a Full-Time Regular basis under advertisement reference RBC-FATIMID-2026/10.
The selected candidate will be assigned to Safe Blood Banking, Quality Assurance & Hospital Transfusion Operations, actively managing operational workflows, maintaining regulatory compliance, operating equipment, and ensuring 24/7 high-quality blood transfusion services.
Selection will be carried out through a structured merit-based process including credentials evaluation, written screening test and Selection Board interview. BSc / MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology / Microbiology / Biochemistry.
