About Tutoronics

Tutoronics is an online tutoring platform connecting students with qualified and experienced tutors to provide personalised academic support. We are looking for knowledgeable and dedicated CFA Level I tutors to help candidates prepare for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I examination through structured lessons, concept-based learning, and exam-focused practice.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured online CFA Level I preparation sessions.
• Explain financial concepts, theories, calculations, and analytical methods clearly.
• Teach the CFA Level I curriculum, including:
• Ethical and Professional Standards
• Quantitative Methods
• Economics
• Financial Statement Analysis
• Corporate Issuers
• Equity Investments
• Fixed Income
• Derivatives
• Alternative Investments
• Portfolio Management
• Prepare lesson plans, revision notes, practice questions, and mock examinations aligned with the CFA Level I curriculum.
• Help candidates understand complex financial concepts and apply them to exam-style questions.
• Teach effective exam strategies, time management, and question-solving techniques.
• Assess candidate progress, identify knowledge gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Conduct online classes using Google Meet, Zoom, digital whiteboards, and screen sharing tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of online tutoring or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the CFA Level I curriculum and examination structure.
• Previous experience teaching or mentoring CFA Level I candidates is highly preferred.
• CFA charterholder status or successful completion of CFA Level I or higher is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting, economics, quantitative methods, and investment concepts.
• Excellent English communication and explanation skills.
• Ability to explain numerical problems and complex financial concepts in a clear, structured manner.
• Proficiency in online teaching tools, including Google Meet, Zoom, digital whiteboards, and screen sharing.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for online teaching.
• Ability to deliver engaging, organised, and exam-focused lessons.
