Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including performing cold calling, outreach via email, and leveraging networking opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Present technical or service-based solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to help shape future business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within a technical or digital solutions environment.
- Proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively present complex technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work in the Australian timezone.
- Proficiency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills) is a must.
- Experience with tools like Dialpad/Dialup is a plus.
