Ibex, for one of its US-based clients, is looking to hire a Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports
  2. Conduct variance analysis, reconciliations, validations, and provide insights into statistical performance
  3. Identify gaps in source data and collaborate with other departments to resolve
  4. Partner with other departments to provide statistical insights and support decision-making
  5. Perform ad hoc statistical analysis to support key business decisions
  6. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar professional experience
  2. Prior experience working with and/or maintaining financial models
  3. A strong understanding of and ability to create financial reports and analyses and deliver to reporting timelines
  4. An entrepreneurial spirit, with ideas and drive to improve processes and procedures
  5. Ability to think strategically, work with data and numbers, and provide detailed analysis
  6. Comfort with technology, including learning new software quickly (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Oracle EPM)
  7. Strong skills in MS Excel (formulas, Index-Match, Xlookup, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  8. Excellent communication and English skills, with ability to work virtually across locations
  9. Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/Night, remote)
