We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and a strong eye for visual composition. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate user requirements and business goals into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product teams and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and data.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and asset libraries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, wireframes, UI design, and final outcomes.
  • Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
