Description
Sunia Zain Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- 1+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project development. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & D5 Render.
- Good understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and basic detailing.
- Strong design sense, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those based in DHA or Bahria Town due to the office location.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Architects in developing architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Support design development, material selection, detailing, and revisions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Assist with site visits, surveys, and project execution when required.
- Incorporate feedback and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Utilize digital and AI-powered tools to improve design and workflow efficiency.
