We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Work on Incident Management, Problem Analysis, Log Analysis, Debugging, Certificates Renewal and Vulnerabilities Fixes.
  • Work on Devops tools such as Jenkins.
  • Acknowledge the Incidents and Alerts and work pro-actively to close the same on time.
  • Understand business processes and SLA's and accordingly prioritize the activities.
  • Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and work on providing permanent resolution to the Incidents.
  • Provide on-call support as per the defined ROTA.
  • Monitor application/system performance and logs.
