RazkoTech is a France-based technology company expanding its remote team in Pakistan. We deliver high-quality IT support and multilingual customer care services to international clients, primarily located in Europe and North America.

Available Positions & Salary Ranges (PKR)

• Junior Support Agent: PKR 20,000 – 25,000
• Intermediate Support Agent: PKR 30,000 – 35,000
• Senior IT Support Expert: PKR 45,000 – 55,000
• Support Manager: PKR 65,000 – 75,000

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic to advanced IT knowledge depending on the position
• Good troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
• Reliable personal computer and stable internet connection
• Availability for flexible hours (due to time zone differences)

We operate 24/7 to accommodate international clients. Shift schedules are flexible and defined according to project requirements. Remote work will remain the default setting for now, but hybrid options may be offered later based on individual and team performance.
