We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization tools. This role requires expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, or AWS. The candidate will be responsible for data modeling, dashboard development, data pipeline optimization, and providing insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Design and optimize ETL processes for data integration from multiple sources.
  • Work with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, or AWS to manage cloud-based data solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, or AWS.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
