Salary: Market Competitive based on Portfolio and Experience

BLAGLE is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team (Hybrid) in Sialkot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building results-driven marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement.

You won't be working alone; we already have dedicated teams for advertising and content creation. What we need is a strategic leader who can dedicate efforts to analysing performance and enhancing our social presence across platforms with clear objectives to achieve targets.

* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand visibility

* Understand audience personas, behaviours, and preferences to shape messaging and platform-specific content strategies.

* Drive active engagement, increased followers, likes, and comments across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

* Focus on building sustained organic growth strategies in coordination with the paid advertising team.

* Align campaigns with overall marketing and business goals

Ideate with AI:

* Use tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, or DeepSeek to create concepts, copy, and visuals faster and smarter.

* Plan innovative ideas for engaging campaigns and content.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new branding opportunities.

* Work closely with in-house designing and advertising teams to ensure cohesive campaigns

* Guide visual consistency across platforms

* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency in all communications and campaigns.

* Track and Optimize performance metrics (engagement, conversions) and tweak strategies based on data.

* Monitor brand perception and suggest improvements or adjustments to ensure relevance and market alignment.

* Use insights to tweak strategy and improve ROI over time

* Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Certification in social media strategy, content marketing, or branding will be preferred

* 4–6 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Making Brand Strategy

* Strong understanding of audience targeting, analytics, and platform tools

* Must have a proven track record of growing followers from thousands to millions (portfolio is mandatory)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and take initiative

* Self-motivated, Strategic mindset with a collaborative spirit
