Telesales Representative - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using the provided scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
  • Handle customer grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree will be a plus.
