Key Responsibility:

• Negotiate, secure, lead and implement roaming wholesale IOT (Inter-Operator Tariff) discount deals with affiliates and third-party networks
• Leverage affiliate, partner and other network relationships to deliver a commercial basis to optimize margins
• Contribute to the wholesale roaming commercial strategy development as well as process infrastructure necessary to achieve the above in a multi-market organization with global roaming partners
• Provide inputs to budget guidance to assist in managing and monitoring performance to target
• Draft contracts for entire lifecycle of deal settlement, apply the IOTs on the TAP and coordination with the DCH for smooth TAP delivery
• Deliver monthly accruals
• Ensure traffic to be routed on the preferred network and will also prepare and deliver monthly steering report (SoR check)
• Calculate business case to change model accordingly
• Prepare settlement reconciliation with Partners; comparing data, analyzing and aligning data with Finance & FCH
• Able to develop the business case for retail roaming promotion, generate the test document and will able to launch the retail offer after successful testing & verifications
• Will identify the important destinations to leverage the wholesale deals into the retail market competitive offers
• Grow the outbound roaming revenue & subscriber bases through effective retail roaming offers and effective coordination with the corporate teams to fulfill the requirements of high profile customers
• Enhancing roaming footprint worldwide and increase roaming revenues by optimizing roaming relationships and rolling out more operators and services
• Coordination and communication cross functionally with Technology (IREG, Billing, Demand, IP), Finance, sales and other departments.
• Roaming documents management including issuing and updating AA.14, IRA, PRA documents, and databases, and any other related roaming documents and process.
• Coordinate with Partner MNOs and experts across varied scenarios including Signaling ordering, IR 21 and Test SIMs exchange, Test Scheduling (IR 24, IR 35 , IR 60), Sign off of TCCs & CLLs
• Oversee the validation of MNO invoices through DCH Reporting, Manage service delivery from DCH Vendor, Manage SLAs, Billing & other elements as-required and support internal colleagues within Finance Department on Wholesale/Roaming - DCF/FCH/Reporting
• Closely monitor the capacity bandwidth of GRX, IPX, SS7 and DCH and will able to upgrade the platform to ensure smooth roaming experience to the customers
• Upgrade the billing system, Steering platform, Welcome SMS tool to ensure best customer experience for outbound roaming customers
• Coordination with the technical and billing teams to troubleshoot the issue raised by the roaming partner or customers
• Train the internal staff to effectively handle & accurate information will be delivered to all roaming related queries
• Responsible to manage the interconnect cost for international direct dialing customers and also able to effectively use the interconnect cost in roaming wholesale deals
• To ensure the correct mapping of interconnect costs in billing system to have positive direct dialing margins
• Able to negotiate the comparative interconnect cost with the partners
• To have best knowledge of International roaming and direct dialing call flows and able to support and arrange the roaming partner technical teams for troubleshooting of any complaint

Education and experience:

• Previous work experience in Commercial; International business (IR & IDD) is only considered
• Experience in Telecommunication; Commercial & Customer Care is preference
