Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to support our mobile application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Android development, strong coding abilities, and a proactive mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, and help deliver high-quality applications. As a key team member, you'll also have opportunities to share knowledge and support junior developers as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform (Kotlin/Java).
  2. Work with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  3. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  5. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to shape features, ensure seamless integration, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
  7. Stay updated with Android development trends and integrate the latest technologies and tools to ensure our applications stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of proven experience in Android app development.
  3. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
  4. Solid understanding of Android SDK, UI/UX standards, and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP).
  5. Experience with Android Jetpack libraries (e.g., ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation).
  6. Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide).
  7. Experience with Git version control.
  8. Understanding of mobile app security best practices.
  9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
