
Receptionist / Accountant

We at STAR HRSG are looking for a talented and skilled Receptionist / Accountant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate office administration operations and procedures.
- Manage front office/reception area operations.
- Oversee and direct administration staff.
- Respond to all emails, phone calls, and client requests.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the premises.
- Interact with clients and customers.
- Assist in vendor relationship management.
- Making invoices and dealing with accounts.
Requirements/Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of graphics designing tools is a plus.
- Great team player.
