We at STAR HRSG are looking for a talented and skilled Receptionist / Accountant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate office administration operations and procedures.
  • Manage front office/reception area operations.
  • Oversee and direct administration staff.
  • Respond to all emails, phone calls, and client requests.
  • Maintain the general upkeep of the premises.
  • Interact with clients and customers.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.
  • Making invoices and dealing with accounts.
Job Specification

Requirements/Specifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • High proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of graphics designing tools is a plus.
  • Great team player.
