We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development (BD) professional who can meet the Sales Targets.

The ideal candidate should be responsible for:

  1. Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr).
  2. Quality project selection and bidding, writing proposals, and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  3. Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients, and closure.
  4. Gathering client requirements, communicating the requirements with the team, and delivering the project to the client.
  5. Maintaining very high ratings on all platforms.
  6. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keeping a strong follow-up.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Salary + Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales target.
