Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Karachi Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and produce relevant reports
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
