At Grao Coffee Company, we believe great coffee creates great connections. We are passionate about bringing premium coffee experiences to the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team and help us expand our footprint.
Role Overview:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving Grao's business growth in the HORECA sector by acquiring new customers and increasing sales output. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, coffee, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and acquire new customers within the HORECA sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets by increasing sales volume and market share.
• Conduct presentations, product tastings, and customer meetings to promote Grao's product portfolio.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and brand presence.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends.
• Provide feedback from the market to help shape product offerings and strategy.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG or F&B sector.
• Experience in HORECA sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about business development.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and an understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.
