Job Opening: Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist (On-Site, Gujranwala)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Location:

Munir Chowk, Gujranwala

Salary & Benefits:

PKR 18,000/Month (Basic)

Monthly performance-based bonuses

Quarterly salary reviews based on performance

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This part-time position offers growth potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
  2. Plan and optimize SEO (on-page & off-page) for improved search visibility and traffic
  3. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Instagram
  4. Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analysis to improve campaign performance
  5. Maintain accurate and optimized website listings and directory profiles
  6. Create and manage engaging content strategies to grow brand presence
  7. Monitor and analyze results using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  8. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign consistency
  9. Stay updated with evolving digital trends and apply best practices
  10. Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand guidelines
  11. Regularly report KPIs and suggest improvements based on performance data
  12. Be open to taking on additional marketing projects as needed

Daily Responsibilities May Include:

  1. Driving organic and paid traffic
  2. Increasing search engine rankings and visibility
  3. Optimizing conversion paths
  4. Managing end-to-end digital campaigns
  5. Performance monitoring and reporting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  2. Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
  3. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
  4. Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  5. Understanding of social media algorithms and influencer collaborations
