Head Nurse

We are looking for Head Nurse to Lead the Ward/ Unit for organizing & carrying out administrative work including management of staff Nurses & Paramedical Staff, their roasters, ensure quality Nursing care of patients by coordinating with different departments & Consultant.

Key Job responsibilities:

• To arrange roasters, staffing, and scheduling of staff.
• To carry out checking of special assignment checklist, Nurses documentation, pending orders and observe dress code and overall Nursing Issues that are not resolved by the team leader.
• To Maintain Unit Par level (Medical & Surgical) and crash cart.
• Arranging clinical rounds in their Units and do environment checks.
• Ensuring checking the attendance of all nurses posted in her ward and report to the office of MNS.
• manage indent and procure the ward supplies and drugs.
• To maintain daily patient census of the ward and report about the critically ill patients to the Nursing Manage.
• To ensure and implement healthcare quality and patient safety as per the approved organizational policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

• Post RN B.Sc. (Nursing) or Generic BSN with 4 to 5 years of Experience with Leading Healthcare organizations.
