As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless and responsive applications. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about Flutter development and eager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
  2. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using Flutter and Dart.
  3. Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
  5. Integrate third-party APIs, services, and plugins to enhance functionality.
  6. Ensure smooth backend integration using Firebase, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
  7. Maintain code quality through unit testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
  8. Stay updated with Flutter best practices, new features, and trends.
  9. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
Must-Have Skills:
  1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development.
  2. Strong understanding of Flutter architecture (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
  3. Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
  4. Expertise in state management techniques for scalable app development.
  5. Proficiency in native integrations (Swift/Kotlin) and platform-specific functionalities.
  6. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  2. Knowledge of Unit Testing, UI Testing, and Performance Optimization.
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud).
  4. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  5. Exposure to Flutter Web and Desktop development.
