Zameen.com is looking to hire "Financial Analyst" to be based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Feasibility Analysis Support

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing market data for potential real estate projects.
  • Support senior analysts in preparing financial feasibility reports and ROI calculations.
  • Research competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to provide valuable insights.

2. Pricing Strategies

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of pricing models.
  • Ensure pricing data is accurate and updated regularly.
  • Analyze project costs and provide support for pricing strategies.

3. Sales & Cash Flow Tracking

  • Monitor project sales data and prepare periodic reports.
  • Assist in tracking cash inflows and outflows for ongoing projects.
  • Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and financial statements.

4. Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for projects, including sold and available units.
  • Assist in preparing inventory status reports for management.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
