This is an ideal role for a highly experienced full-stack developer who can lead technical teams, write and review code, manage infrastructure, and collaborate with non-technical departments to deliver web and mobile applications efficiently.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end technical

execution across multiple products and platforms. You will manage frontend, backend, and mobile

development teams, oversee deployments, handle cloud infrastructure, and serve as the technical point of

contact for cross-functional collaboration with the sales, marketing, and project management teams.

This role is ideal for a senior developer who is equally comfortable writing code, managing DevOps,

coordinating sprints, and aligning with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications using React, Next.js,

Node.js, Express, and Flutter.

- Manage and maintain WordPress-based websites, including plugin development, performance tuning, and VPS/hosting configurations.

- Own and manage DevOps infrastructure: Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, NGINX, SSL renewals, and server monitoring.

- Deploy and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53) and VPS providers (e.g., Hostinger).

- Build and integrate AI-based tools using Python, LLM agents, automation frameworks, and custom APIs.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel), event tracking, and basic A/B testing infrastructure.

- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, estimate technical timelines, and ensure project delivery meets expectations.

- Oversee project management workflows: coordinate sprints, set technical priorities, review pull requests, and manage task distribution.

- Lead internal team stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning using agile or hybrid workflows.

- Handle database design and integration (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firebase).

- Monitor system uptime, security, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-6 years of full-stack development experience (mandatory), including team and project leadership.

- Proven experience with DevOps tools: Docker, GitHub Actions, Linux server management, NGINX, cronjobs, etc.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53), VPS hosting, deployment automation.

- Experience managing and customizing WordPress environments (theme/plugin development, server tuning).

- Hands-on experience with AI integrations or automation frameworks is a big plus.

- Strong skills in REST/WebSocket API development and integrating third-party services.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and non-technical teams.

- Experience in agile project management, sprint planning, and team mentorship.

Bonus Points

- AI/LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Langchain, task orchestration).

- Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Sentry.

- Strong documentation, estimation, and stakeholder reporting skills.
