We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to join our

growing team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by assisting in gathering,

analysing, and reporting business data. You should have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft

Excel and SQL and a keen willingness to learn and grow in the field of business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyse business data from various sources to identify trends and
  • insights.
  • Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings to
  • stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, google sheets and databases.
  • Write simple SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed.
  • Support senior analysts and managers in ad-hoc analysis and projects.
  • Document business processes, requirements, and findings clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to
  • actionable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a
  • related field.
  • Around 1 year of relevant experience in a business analyst or similar support role.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Basic understanding of SQL (e.g., SELECT statements, simple joins).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and grow analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
