Responsibilities:

  1. Develop visual concepts and designs for brand campaigns, presentations, and other B2B marketing materials.
  2. Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets consistently and efficiently.
  3. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
  4. Create illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support content and marketing strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  6. Maintain and enhance Tkxel's visual brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all materials.
  7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.
  8. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and innovative.
  9. Provide conceptual and creative ideas for impactful marketing campaigns.
  10. Understand visual hierarchy to deliver clear and effective information.
  11. Visualize and design data in a clear and concise format.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  4. Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  5. Experience in designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of professional experience.
  2. Experience working in a B2B environment.
  3. Experience with video editing and animation software.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  9. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities.
  10. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
