The Division

The Position

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer - Team Lead to guide our development team in building and enhancing the Web Accounting product. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and experience in full-stack development to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions within set timelines. This position involves heavy interaction with North American team members, so strong communication skills will be essential. The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers in building the Web Accounting modules.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using .NET and Angular.
• Develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET and Angular.
• Participate in the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex development and operational issues, providing efficient solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies, with prior experience in a lead or senior role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of integrating applications with legacy systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
